Question: I am a foreigner to Russia – can I receive treatment at the Cybernetic Clinic?
Reply: Yes – you will be made very welcome! As most treatments and diagnostics are arranged in an ‘out-patient schedule’ you will also have to chance to see Moscow and be introduced to Russia.

Question: Who will help me arrange travel and treatment?
Reply: If you need help in making arrangements, we can recommend flights and hotels as well as make all necessary local transfers and appointments. Just email us with your questions. You will need a valid Russian visa – contact us if you need support.

Question: I do not speak Russian – does this matter?
Reply: While at the clinic you will be accompanied always by an interpreter – our documentation will be in English and particular care will be taken to ensure that you fully understand the issues which arise.

Question: Can I discuss this with my doctor at home?
Reply: Go ahead with confidence – we will provide analysis and comment in English for study as required.

Question: I do not really understand what cybernetic medicine is. Will you explain it to my family or to my doctor?
Reply: With your prior agreement, one of our doctors will discuss the situation directly with them, either by email or by telephone. If this is prior to visiting the clinic we suggest that you email us with some information about your condition and copies of previous analyses to give us a starting point.

Question: What does the word ‘cybernetics’ mean?
Reply: The Oxford Dictionary defines cybernetics as ‘The science of systems of control and communications in living organisms and machines`

Question: I understand the treatment at the clinic is unique. Is it still experimental? Is it safe?

Question: Hepatitis C: I understand that internationally treatment for Hep C is considered to be expensive and unpleasant for the patient. Is this the same for your treatment?
Reply: Our treatment does not produce unpleasant side-effects and will leave the patient in better general health than before, as well as reducing the Hep C itself. It generally takes from 2-3 months to be sure of a successful result.
