DOCTORS AND STAFF

A personal note by the Founder of the Clinic, Alexander Avshalumov

“The most exciting developments in medicinal methodology would be worthless to us without good doctors to implement them.

The way in which a doctor thinks lies at the heart of successful treatment. A doctor must be a strong individual personality whose erudition can drive the system approach to diagnostics and treatment. It is the doctor’s evaluation that links the events and analyses together to integrate the system. The patient shares with the doctor the symptoms which have troubled him and together they explore the reasons for the problems and how to relieve them.

The process demands special skills and abilities – We think ourselves lucky when we find another good doctor. The art of practicing medicine depends on many factors and conditions. Objective criteria produced by the latest methods of diagnostics and treatment, apparatus and equipment of the latest generation of medical achievements, have all led of course to a widening of possibilities for the doctor in his fight with ill health.

But the individual character of the doctor is still of overriding importance. The doctor must be a professional with the highest standards, with good clinical experience and able to make the fine judgments necessary to the optimal compromise between classical diagnosis and the individuality of each patient.

Our clinic is proud to have talented and forward thinking doctors, using original and well-proven technology who are able to make a safe diagnosis and prescribe effective treatment

Welcome to our clinic!”

VLADIMIR MARKOVSKY,
HEAD OF TREATMENT DEPARTMENT

A graduate of the Russian State Medical University and a specialist in therapy. Has practiced as a physician for over 20 years. Author of many scientific publications and articles based on his personal experience of working in medical clinics and of cybernetic medicine.

"I know, from my own experience, that it is important to have like-minded people to work with. My colleagues here are all highly educated and experienced doctors, but just as importantly, they are creative in their approach – all seeking something more – It’s not by chance that they found their place in cybernetic medicine. And what’s more they make for excellent colleagues! It’s easy and interesting to work together."

VICTOR CHERVKO,
Cardiologist, Physician.

After completing his training he worked as an emergency doctor for three years and then for 22 years on a cardiology emergency ward.
In 2000 he was awarded first prize in a competition for scientific work. He has published more than thirty scientific articles.

“In the world of science today, advances in medical science rarely correspond to changes in medical practice. Often we see changes announced as being the latest advance when actually the research has been completed many years ago. Equally many doctors are unwilling to change their methods or to learn new approaches, preferring to keep their old tried and tested ways. Cybernetic Medicine unites a practical way all that is new and innovative. It is a flexible and constantly changes – it never stands still.”
ELENA SYNITSINA,
Endocrinologist, Physician.

A graduate of the therapy department of the Semashko Moscow Institute of Medicine and Dentistry, after which she completed her practical training in clinical therapy and endocrinology. She also completed courses in nephrology and cardiology. She is well experienced in methods of functional diagnosis and has practiced as a doctor for over 25 years.

“The role of diagnostics is incredibly important to the endocrinologist, who needs to know the maximum of detail about every nuance of a person’s illness .That is why I am so sure that the extensive programme of tests developed by the Moscow Institute of Cybernetic Medicine is so helpful to the doctor. To have the full range of information on one day makes my work with the patient much easier than the usual method where we have to collect information piece by piece.”
ALEXANDER KROITOR,
Head of Department of Physiotherapy

On graduating from the Samara Naval Medical Institute as a generalist, he we assigned to Military Clinic No 69 at the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. He then worked for a long time in the Central Clinical Hospital (RBSN).
He has also specialised in otorhinolaryngology and physiotherapy.

"Cybernetic Medicine has recognised the importance of the practical application of medicine; a subject which I have sought throughout my professional life .There is a gratifying absence of set plans and protocols in the individual approach to each patient."
VALERY MALKEVICH,
Dermatologist,
Doctor of Medical Science.

On graduating from the University of International Friendship, ‘Patrica Lumuba’ in 1975, he chose to specialise in dermatology. He gained his practical experience on the university staff and then successfully passed his dissertation on the treatment of psoriasis – a pressing and constant problem for many.
He worked for a long time in Clinical Hospital ¹ 1, All-Union NII (Scientific Research Institute) and in other teaching hospitals which has left him with a wide clinical experience.

“The skin is a mirror of the organism and by looking at it we can judge the condition of many of the internal organs. From my point of view, diseases of the skin, which we know by, for example, the names of ‘dermatitis,’ ‘eczema,’ ‘psoriasis’ do not exist independently. Any diagnosis is just a witness to the fact that the body’s systems have a problem. This problem may be hidden from view but without knowledge and subsequent treatment for that condition, the skin problem, sadly, is unlikely to improve.”
INNA MEDVEDEVA,

Dr. Inna Medvedeva specializes in pulmanology and rheumatology. She has worked in hospitals as a general physician in A&E and in special units for narcotic dependent patients.
She is interested in medical developments in the use of leeches and also hands-free massage developed by Juna. She chose cybernetic medicine for its generalized, systematic approach to diagnosis and treatment of patients using the latest technology and products.

IBRAGIM IBRAGIMOV,

Ibragim Ibragimov is an expert in massage, acknowledged for his ability to heal. Patients have said that he has ‘all-seeing, X-ray finger tips!’ Perhaps this acute sensitivity in his hands was given to him at birth in compensation for his poor sight: Ibragim suffers from congenital eye disease. This has not stopped him from reading or continually attending courses to top up his qualifications and his knowledge over the last 20 years.
Ibragim follows the practice of Hippocrates: “One must treat the patient – not the disease.” He joined the staff of the Cybernetic Clinic in order to work with Alexander Avshalumov, “a man out of the ordinary.”
